Personalization — required

Enter the exact Name to print on the product page when that field appears. If a personalization field is not shown at checkout, STR8SHOP will contact the email address on your Shopify order after purchase to collect the exact name. We will send design details for your approval before producing your personalized item. If your chosen text is not feasible, you can choose an alternative or receive a refund.

Made-to-order shipping

Ships within 30 calendar days of purchase. This is a shipment deadline, not a guaranteed delivery date. We accept only a limited number of open production slots. If we cannot meet the shipping deadline or your requested customization cannot be made, we will offer cancellation and refund or request consent to a revised date.

Artwork and finish

The product image is a digital concept illustration, not a photograph of a finished item. Lettering, size, appearance and finish of the physical item depend on the approved personalized design. Material changes require your approval before manufacture.
