STR8 Single Release Launch — Artist Setup & Music Release

Full-service artist onboarding and single-release launch for ONE original song. STR8JACKET handles the agreed creative production, release setup and scheduling in collaboration with the artist. Artist retains ownership of their accounts, music, and royalty payments.

Artist identity and platform setup

• Artist intake, artist name/handle availability review and consistent branding
• Create or professionally configure the artist's YouTube channel, Instagram profile, TikTok account and Facebook artist Page (four platforms); existing accounts may be optimized instead
• Profile descriptions, branded graphics and essential links; artist holds primary ownership and authorizes access

Music rights and publishing onboarding

• Review songwriting credits, split information, artist identifiers and existing registrations before filing
• Guide the artist through the appropriate ASCAP OR BMI songwriter affiliation and registration of this one composition where eligible
• Research and help onboard the artist with an appropriate publisher, publishing administrator, or self-publishing arrangement, based on eligibility and the artist's approval
• Review U.S. mechanical-royalty collection with The MLC when the artist is self-administered; avoid duplicate registration if an administrator already handles it
• Assist with authorized account setup and data entry; the artist completes any required identity, tax, banking, contract signatures or platform verification

Single release production and distribution setup

• Professional mixing and mastering of ONE artist-supplied song with properly labeled stems; deliver release-ready WAV and MP3 masters
• Up to THREE revision rounds on the song's mix/master, using consolidated notes for each round
• Release metadata, title, credits, artwork specifications, rights and distributor intake; help establish the artist-owned distribution account
• Prepare and submit the single for distribution when required files, permissions, fees and artist approvals are complete; DSP approval and release timing remain subject to the distributor
• Single-cover creative direction and release-ready formatting for artist-provided artwork; original cover illustration and premium video production may be purchased separately unless expressly included in a custom quote

Marketing launch and scheduling

• One release strategy and a 30-day pre-release / launch / post-release publishing calendar
• Prepare platform-specific post copy, hashtags and calls-to-action for the planned rollout
• Set up authorized scheduling on supported connected artist accounts and queue up to 12 supplied or separately commissioned promotional posts across the artist's channels; posting depends on platform permissions, media availability and scheduling tool limits
• Deliver a handoff checklist and links to all configured artist accounts and release assets

Revision and ownership policy

Three revision rounds maximum per song. A revision is a consolidated set of changes to an existing delivered mix/master; new recording sessions, additional songs, major concept changes and extra video or graphic assets are separate work. This package covers ONE song and ONE artist identity. The artist must verify control or authorization for all music, artwork, social identities and royalty shares. STR8JACKET does not acquire publishing rights or royalties through this service.

Third-party fees (distribution subscriptions, PRO/publisher-affiliation charges if applicable, artwork or social scheduling subscriptions) are not included unless itemized in a separate agreement. Account approvals, social handles, publishing contracts, DSP acceptance, royalties, playlists, streams and results are not guaranteed. Service starts after client onboarding and required approvals.
