Physical STR8JACKET merchandise is fulfilled through third-party fulfillment partners, including print-on-demand providers. Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when applicable.
Processing and delivery
Production and shipping times are estimates and can vary based on product availability, destination, carrier conditions, holidays, and fulfillment volume. Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated at checkout.
Shipping address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order has not yet entered fulfillment, contact str8jackettv@gmail.com as soon as possible if an address correction is needed. Once fulfillment or shipment has begun, changes may not be possible.
International orders
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are separate from STR8SHOP shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
Digital products and services
Digital products and artist marketing services do not require physical shipping. Digital delivery, access instructions, service intake, or follow-up instructions are provided electronically.
