STR8SHOP Refund & Return Policy
We want orders from STR8SHOP to be handled fairly and clearly. Because our store includes physical merchandise, digital products, and creative services, refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase.
Physical merchandise
STR8JACKET merchandise is produced and fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand fulfillment partners. If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what was ordered, contact us as soon as possible at str8jackettv@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Because many merchandise items are produced to order, returns or exchanges for buyer preference, incorrect size selection, or change of mind are generally not accepted unless required by applicable law.
Digital products
Beats, loop packs, downloadable audio, stems, and other digital products are generally non-refundable after delivery or access has been provided. If you receive the wrong file, a duplicate charge, or a file that is materially unusable, contact us and we will review the issue.
Artist marketing and creative services
Service purchases may be cancelled for a refund before work begins. Once strategy, research, editing, campaign preparation, consultation, or other purchased work has started, payments are generally non-refundable. If STR8JACKET is unable to deliver the purchased service, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement service, account credit, partial refund, or refund depending on the circumstances.
Marketing, media, and promotional services do not guarantee specific views, streams, followers, sales, placements, monetization, or other performance outcomes.
