You can choose from STR8 Release Starter, STR8 Release Campaign, STR8 Full Release Management, remote artist interviews, YouTube SEO, thumbnails, short-form content conversion, and additional campaign weeks.
What happens after I purchase a marketing service?
Complete the Artist Marketing Intake with your order number, artist information, release date, goals, links, and approved assets. STR8JACKET will use that information to begin the work included in your package.
Does the package price include advertising spend?
No. Paid media budgets are separate unless a product page explicitly says otherwise.
Are streams, followers, playlist placements, or virality guaranteed?
No. STR8JACKET provides professional strategy, packaging, creative direction, and campaign support, but performance outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
When will beats be available?
The BeatStars-powered beat player, licensing options, and digital delivery are currently being connected. The Beats section is marked Coming Soon until that integration is ready.
How is physical merchandise fulfilled?
STR8JACKET merchandise is produced and fulfilled through third-party fulfillment partners. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when available.
Can I return made-to-order merchandise?
Because many items are produced to order, change-of-mind and size-selection returns are generally not accepted unless required by law. Damaged, defective, or misprinted items are handled under the Refund & Return Policy.
