Please use the same email address you used at checkout whenever possible, and include your Shopify order number. This lets us match your intake to your purchase quickly.

Asset delivery

For large video, audio, and image files, please upload them to Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, or another cloud service and paste the share link into your message. Make sure STR8JACKET can access the link.

Rights & AI authorization

By submitting materials, you confirm that you own or have permission to use the music, photos, video footage, logos, artwork, and other assets you provide. If you request AI-assisted visuals using your likeness or supplied reference images, you authorize STR8JACKET to use those materials solely to produce the creative work you purchased.

What happens next

After we receive your completed intake, we review your order and assets, confirm anything that is missing, and move the project into production. Your package's listed revision limit applies once the first creative draft is delivered.
