STR8SHOP Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made through STR8SHOP.
Prices and charges
Prices are shown in the store currency unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other fees may be added at checkout depending on the product and destination.
Physical merchandise
Physical merchandise may be produced to order and fulfilled by third-party partners. Product colors, print placement, and appearance may vary slightly from screen previews because of production methods and display settings.
Digital products
Digital products are delivered electronically and are subject to any license terms attached to the product. Digital products are generally non-refundable after delivery or access except as stated in the STR8SHOP Refund & Return Policy or as required by law.
Services
Artist marketing, media, consulting, editing, and campaign services begin according to the package description and intake process. The customer is responsible for providing accurate information, approved assets, required permissions, and timely responses needed to perform the service.
STR8JACKET does not guarantee specific commercial, audience, platform, or monetization results from marketing or promotional services.
Order acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not prevent STR8SHOP from cancelling an order that cannot lawfully or operationally be fulfilled. If a paid order is cancelled by STR8SHOP before fulfillment, the affected amount will be refunded.
Refunds
Refunds and returns are governed by the STR8SHOP Refund & Return Policy.
